provided by Ryan Geo, and the project results.

Wolfspeed Materials Facility: Siler City, NC Lightweight, uniform, and structurally consistent LDCC backfill reduced lateral pressures, and supported the project’s accelerated schedule. Blue Ridge Energy: West Jefferson, NC Stormwater Slipline Annular Space Grouting: Rehabilitation of storm drain with new carrier pipe installation and LDCC annular space stabilization. Camp Lejeune: Camp Lejeune, NCAbandonment of Stormwater Pipe: High flowability of LDCC allowed it to encapsulate debris-laden pipe sections and migrate into surrounding voids. Charlotte WYE: Charlotte, NCAbandonment of Large-Diameter Water Line: LDCC allowed the pipe to be filled efficiently, and minimize external loads without pipe excavation. Christ Church: Charlotte, NCNew construction adjacent to existing structure: Lightweight LDCC precisely placed in controlled lifts, reducing lateral pressures. Duke Hospital: Durham, NCSupport elevated slab over loading docks: LDCC significantly reduced dead load and provided the required bearing capacity for the finished slab. Four09 Queens: Charlotte, NC Support foundation construction in a tight urban site: LDCC provided uniform support while reducing lateral pressures on the permanent structure. Proctor Road: Lake Lure, NCSlope failure destabalized the road: Soil nails and Shotcrete formed a durable, reinforced protective wall; remaining voids were filled with LDCC. Newton-Conover HS: Newton-Conover, NCAbandonment of stormwater system beneath the football field: LDCC fully filled the pipe system in one day with minimal surface disruption. Public Works: Greenville, NCDeteriorated stormwater pipe abandonment: LDCC was used due to high flowability and ability to fill irregular void spaces without excavation. Project Gemini: Lexington, NC Sanitary sewer pipe sagging, even after previous remediation attempts: LDCC successfully stabilized the alignment and preserved pipe geometry. Sanderling Resort: Duck, NCInfill of existing indoor pool: Reduced estimated removal and infill time from 30 days to one day, fully infilling the pool with self-leveling LDCC. Westinghouse Blvd. Bridge: Charlotte, NCEmergency roadway repairs to fix bridge abutment: Use of Cellular Concrete accelerated construction while maintaining structural stability. Wildcat Creek Pump Station: Rock Hill, SCAbandonment of wet well: RyanGeo placed 180 cubic yards of LDCC in three controlled lifts over three days, achieving a total fill height of 12 feet.
